I went back to wet signatures and here is why: people sign leases without reading them.

. :)  I think folks that followed that advice have lost significant amounts of capital.. of course not all .. but if your one of the beginners who drank that cool aid and got fubared can set you back years.

Not a bad idea, if you’re tired of only doing outbound and want to get your feet wet with leads that come to you.

Starting slow is a smart approach, and you can consider house hacking or investing in REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) to get your feet wet with less capital upfront.

I’m from Ecuador too, so it’s cool to see someone with a similar background getting into real estate here in Charlotte.

Once you identify potential properties, run the numbers to ensure they’ll cash flow, and don’t be afraid to start small to get your feet wet.
