We host The Masters Golf tournament in April which brings millions of dollars into the city every year, with visitors often buying 2nd homes here.  

No screaming deal, but a "decent" first project to learn from.

Boone doesn't get the visitors Asheville gets and is more seasonal.

They don't take care of themselves and when the toilet plugs up or the AC breaks or the roof leaks the PM will not be out there when the tenant starts screaming at you over the phone that they will not pay the rent until you get there at midnight on Sunday to fix the problem.

My daughter broke something and started screaming at that point.

Did you buy your property during your visit or did you go there on a separate occasion?  

For example, if you convert 1% of your website visitors into leads and 10% of those end up converting into deals, how many pageviews would you need to get 1 deal?

The park is fairly crowded these days (you can't find a parking spot near the visitor center after 10AM).

Put another way, the visitors to your site are typically going to be a result of your existing marketing.
