I'm sure viewers don't look at every forum, but instead choose to review those that are of most interest and pertinent to their expertise or knowledge base.Why would select a logo for your business that looks like it has a wick in the chimney you could light and blow up?

using a mechanical lock box works great for vendors, but I would never give a code, even a 1 time code with an electronic box or lock, you would be trusting the viewer of the property to turn off lights and actually close the door, I think you are taking a lot of risk this way, I had a vendor that left a door open, fortunately i got there before all the pipes froze, some PEX was frozen when I got there, Just be careful, I would Highly recommend paying a manager, they are worth their fee without question.

FCL is the doc type in Columbus county, but the county recorder office's viewer doesn't allow sorting by doc type... or I'd have tried to look it up.

I would also make sure whatever incentive you are offering you post that in the title and not the text, many viewers may skim over it and not notice.
