If a GC is licensed and insured, can he/she sub out work to unlicensed repairmen?

@Destiny Dunbar  Just to clarify, you're asking how you can find an ethical person who violates real estate law by practicing unlicensed wholesaling?

Some thoughts:Why would you choose an unlicensed, uninsured, amateur with the manager getting the upside to manage your STR when you can hire a licensed, insured professional to manage the STR and get the upside.My market was heavily impacted from Covid? 

The state and federal law dictates commission splits for seller (or buyer for that matter) referrals cannot be  paid to an unlicensed party.
