Wholesaling a property with an agent

Maxx Ponce
Posted

When wholesaling a property with an agent, who sends who the purchase/sell agreement. Would I not be able to use my own contracts or how would this work. Another thing when wholesaling virtually, how can I get a lockbox on a property?

Rule 1.....mls listed properties are Not your target for wholesaling for a number of reasons....

-the whole market has seen it and no one has bought it at this price yet (it’s a “retail” market)

- any agent is going to require a POF in Your name, as the supposed buyer

-an agent won’t knowingly let their seller tie up their property with someone who can’t buy, and is just hoping to find another buyer

Also, virtual wholesaling is an absolute delusion for most wannabe wholesalers.
