If you lack the funds to flip any other way, go for it, but do understand it's not a business model for long term success. 

I'm having a hard time trying to find a bank that I can open a business account with online.

I used the proceeds to start my business.

This is not a debate, I haven't been in the business 30 years, but 10+ along with thousands of investor policies as well.

Would taking out a small business loan make sense st this point?

We rented the 2/1 side for $1300/mn and thought we could finish the addition of the bath and closet but got so busy with my construction business I still have not completed the work.
