Words cannot encompass the symbolism. 

Type the @ symbol followed by at least the first 3 letters of their name and then pause.

Hey @Charles Edwards yes tagging people can be a bit frustrating on here - you have to use the @ symbol start typing someones name and then wait for a pop up with the full name then click on it.I'm doing fix and flip and buy and hold (using the BARRRR method) depending on the rent/cashflow of the property.
