In order to tag someone type the @ symbol followed by the first few letters of their handle and they should pop up as a tag option so long as they've already chimed in on the topic or are colleagues of yours. 

It has the "®" symbol but I didn't understand who they were registered with.

@Sada Rafi (feel free to tag people with the @ symbol, that will alert us to answer you) but even though I'm a lender I don't feel that the "face to face" thing is really that important. 

Words cannot encompass the symbolism. 

Type the @ symbol followed by at least the first 3 letters of their name and then pause.

Hey @Charles Edwards yes tagging people can be a bit frustrating on here - you have to use the @ symbol start typing someones name and then wait for a pop up with the full name then click on it.I'm doing fix and flip and buy and hold (using the BARRRR method) depending on the rent/cashflow of the property.
