However, it is hard work and you have to sift through a lot of garbage to come up with deals that really work.

Legions of tax preparers sifting through a maze of code is a bunch of wasted synapse firings to me.

Also, right after the sherriff tossed them out, I went inside and sifted through all their personal belongs i.e. documentation like social security numbers, court recorts, etc... so I could identify everyone in the house just in case I wanted to sue them later.

So, why not go to the county sift through these records and find houses that are distressed.

In a previous life as a tax advisor, I spent many hours sifting through numerous Tax Court cases in which this issue was debated.

With all due respect, the more pertinent question is, "Does Profit Grabber automate the process of sorting/sifting through data to find possible leads, thereby saving time?"

You need to gather leads from lots of sources, and develop a method of sifting through them to find the few diamonds worth persuing.
