I'm exploring other strategies to use in my investing business and have been researching the Probate Property area. Is this a profitable area of real estate investing?

Hi, can you difine this a little further? Probate is the settlement of an estate, properties might be sold by auction, by a listing, and while a Will is probated to be approved, it could be disposed of by a receiver or executor/trix.

Acquiring properties from an estate can be a long drawn out process, family members bicker, attorneys stall, courts put matters off at the drop of a hat, etc. So, do you want to deal with that?

OTH, working with an attorney who is in a hurry to close cases can be a good source of properties (especially if you sell them back to his brother-in-law) LOL. Bill
