Hello from Winnipeg Manitoba. My name's Andy, and I figured it was about time to introduce myself. I think I've seen one other poster from Winnipeg on here, and no, I don't think there is a local REI club!
I'm getting in to this from a different angle than most folks on here. I have some land up here on an island on Lake of the Woods Ontario Canada, and I've just received approval for a small subdivision. So I'm currently land-rich, cash poor! I plan to sell a couple of lots, and hold and develop the remainder. I'm intend to use the equity to purchase some investment property and build my real estate empire. I've been sifting through old posts, and appreciate the resources here, thanks very much.
