You'll get more calls if people can SEE you and get to know YOU over that 12 months of repeated touches.One more thing.  12 touches is really over-kill, so here's a strategy to consider:  You could mail to 5,000 total instead - 2,500 one month and the other 2,500 the following month, and just rotate your list between the 2.  

Goal is every month; two rotations. 4x6 invitation size card and handwritten font on linen paper.

I signed up right out of signing with a broker expecting to get my early leads from this source to get me rolling while i learn the ropes to find leads at a better rate elsewhere... firstly its $250/month for 6 months in my area at least, then to buy a zip code they tell you that they have all these people who are paying $500+ for that zip code to be the top rotation of the group, basicly you are suppose to rotate more frequently as the top of the 3 agents listed for houses in that area.

Historically these ups and downs rotate roughly in an 8-year cycle.

After a while you just recycle the ones you have on a rotation so you don’t even need to buy new ones.

We have like 8 keys that get rotated so that no two units in a complex has the same key and no key is reused in a unit. 

Is it a specific 10 weeks, or are the weeks on a rotational basis.
