My life since mid September has been one long emotional roller coaster ride.

A good step stool with paint tray for interior painting, good rollers with extension poles for ceilings.

The contractor in me wants to say that construction projects are a roller coaster ride for howeowners... there are highs and lows throughout and it can make you want to quit.

Same reason why people call tissues “Kleenex” or inline skates “rollerblades”.

You could try to roller brush them with a small roller (ultra smooth), but you would have to be careful of maintaining perfection along the grooved edges.

I'd probably prefer a more stable market anyhow, I'm comparing Florida to this because thats the market I've been looking at for awhile, it was up then way down now its coming back up, roller coaster. 

@John Thedford - I tend to lean this way too, although the markets that don't roller coaster as significantly are probably not in as questionable a situation.

Honestly, when I saw the subject of your post I thought you were going to share the location of a literal awsome roller coaster!  

I used to roll the top 12-18 inches with a roller all the way around, and cut in the ceiling with a brush.

Cap rates didn't expand by much in NYC so if you could service your debt the banks basically let you skate and extended the maturities till you could refinance.
