Hi, just wanted to get some feedback to see if anyone has used the services of STRsearch.com. they look like they run a lot of analytics and help with figuring out what you need to do to find and run a successful STR.

I'm only getting into real estate now, with one property in Tokyo (single family home) and one condo in Waikiki.I had largely dismissed investing in Japan for the reasons @David Gotsill mentioned -- figuring that BRRRR wouldn't really work here unless you have a property in prime location right next to a popular train or subway station.

And that's great you are figuring out how to get to your next investment.

After you meet enough people you will figure where you want to go.

Has anyone here figured out how to better automate the bill input into Baselane?

Overwhelmingly though, the weather and weather related things were enough to offset the negatives.So, I figure a much more interesting question would be Why do people live in New York City?

I’d start by figuring out the cost of the cosmetic updates and seeing how much you could rent it out for.

Don't attempt to figure things out on your own or act as a GC or PM when you are using other people's money. 

I don’t have a problem paying a couple grand to remove some of the just figure it out stage of learning and utilizing expertise of people that already do it.
