I'd rather find something where rents are low because the landlord hasn't even attempted to give it a light refresh in the last decade and put a little money into it and raise rents and give tenants a place they are proud to come home to.  

Make sure the open house includes refreshments etc.. and it’s in the advertisement description.

The key there was that they are going to service the loan themselves and to quote the gentlemen there "it all depend on the deal..." which was refreshing to hear.  

I had the tab up, but hadn't refreshed it to know that I had received replies.

@Jay Hinrichs I think you are correct, it will be very refreshing for the area to have something new, yet timeless.

It has been really refreshing seeing some owners of properties reach out and proactively agree to lower tenant's rent for April given the current situation.
