I would argue that any condo in Toronto is commodity and if you dig deep, it's tough to pinpoint their value and growth which does make it a risky investment with no guaranteed appreciation.

That is more important since not all 1000 sq ft properties in that county sell for less than $100k.I want to pinpoint where, within a zip code, the dividing line is between $100k and $150k, 1000 s ft houses, because if my goal is the $100k houses, I don't want to be buying houses in the $150k area...even if it is across the street.
