Invest OS or buy into syndications.

I haven't heard anything about the Bay, but @Christy Philippoff,  I do know OS is pretty tough.

was just wondering has anyone heard of and done business with a company called STOA. i seen they changed the name from flip OS

We have no violations, and we have c of os on all our properties.   

There are many now, but what I thought worked was finding the right level of simplicity, as not every employee or sub early on was that techno savvy or had the same ease of OS compatibility on their mobile devices.

The kind-of living that's being proposed solves urbanistic dilemmas ans Cali has many or most green projects that are so attractive compared to construction in the US ..the cost os units can Start in the low 40k for a 714 sq ft unit ( in Colombian terms ..this is an average size ) with locations near rivers and great newly installed longitudinal parks which are enormously important on a City thta prides herself on her Sports and civics culture 🤔..

But if the dea; os good it will not last I assure you.

Goal is to o build another dozen or so in the rest os 2023.

Christian Fadulwelcome to BP. what everyone is replying is accurate, there is so much info on this website and we are truly fortunate to be a part of it. we have a lot in common. both for real estate and for careers. i too am going to invest in multifamily here in the area of greater NY. and i too am in the IT filed. so with that said, and to tie in what everyone else is saying and your hunger for knowledge, being in the it filed, you should have some nice down time to get in some knowledge. whether it be reading and creating post, listening to the podcast or audio books, i am and grateful when i got 30 to 45 mins for an OS to install, the down time is great for learning. also traveling to and from work i listen to a podcast. if you drive, podcast!
