My name is Christian Fadul and I'm 25 yrs old. I currently live in The Bronx working for Montefiore Hospital as an IT Consultant. I'm seeking to invest in rental property in New York & New Jersey. I decided to take this route in pursue of a generating enough cash flow to travel the world, retire at an early age & assist parents with their finances. CHRISTIAN FADUL that's awesome man. Yea the book I read was Rich Dad Poor Dad and the other 3 books he has lol Rich Dad Poor dad was my game changer so I continued on reading. It's just been a few days that I've been in BiggerPockets and I love this community already. Look me up on IG man ONEX__ ( that's two underscores lol)
