For me personally, having a negative cash flow like that would really hurt my DTI and I don't think it would be worth it.However I agree with option C that you find a way to increase rents- either with it 100% an Airbnb, or better yet still live there, airbnb out both rooms and sleep on the couch ;) not the most glamorous but hey I'd do that to live steps from the beach!

I imagine your lease is similar in that regard.2) Someone who is couch surfing at a friend's house is, in my estimation, unlikely to spend the time and money necessary to change their vehicle registration, driver's license, and legal domicile; especially since their intention is likely only to stay there for a short period of time.

@Tanner Trokey   never ending controversy on this one.. clearly those that wholesale are selling RE without a LICENCE.. but then they couch it by saying they are selling equitable interests in contracts.REAILITY if any wholesaler that is not licsened was turned into that states DRE they would have problems..
