If you’re new to flipping, aligning with a mentor and real estate professional ie (Realtor/Mortgage Broker) who has experience with flips can provide extra insights, helping you mitigate risks.

What I'm looking for is a partner/mentor, maybe another wholesaler like me, and even an investor who's looking to purchase properties in the area.

FYI, after I was turned down by a local sub to mentor to be my coach, I dusted off and have been studying Carleton Sheets, No Money Down real estate program, that a family member gave me over a decade ago.
