North Texas - Ready to Get Started!!

I'm ready to get off the sideline and into the game! Husband and I are researching which strategy would be best for us to get into our first investment property--whether that be renting our current SFH and moving to a new primary family home, or purchasing another proper to rent or flip. We're based in Frisco, TX and would love to make connections with other newbies, seasoned investors, agents and lenders in the area. Are there any meetups or groups in this area (Collin County, NTX)?

Hi Kim, welcome to the game. We have a GroupMe in DFW that we exchange ideas and it is an easy way to get direct support from other investors in the area.

How to choose the write strategy, you have to educate yourself and create a good team around you that you can trust.

Feel free to DM me for access to the groupme.
