We are moving out of the province and are selling our 2 investment properties (along with our home farm)We do 99% of the repairs to save on contractor costs, this also allows us to make sure the job is done correctly as we've had back luck with some hired help.We've owned this duplex for about 5 yrs, very nice area of a med(22K population) town.
