In the kitchens I always install granite, new under mount sink and faucet, and tumbled marble backsplash, I install stainless steel appliances only if the current appliances are not in good shape / ugly.Countertops - I agree with upgrading to granite, but would suggest a lighter color with more variation, I use giallo ornamental.

Account Closed your recent several posts show you need to read, follow, the Minnesota landlord tenant laws, Your posts show your not familiar with what is required and all you need to do is start reading,, so you know what to do..You can download the statues and you should along with everyone in Minnesota that is a landlord that hasn't IN Minnesota you have 21 days from the date the tenant vacated to mail, out the move out security deposit statement.. by Mail, not email, to the last known address, if they did not leave a forward address you address it to the apartment they just vacated and the postmaster will forward or return it to you,, do not open it and keep it on file.

By the way, any state that has "boards" governing licensure has it's statues on their boards website and sometimes on the states website.

In my state a tenant is afforded the right to a renewal unless there is a violation which is codified in the anti-eviction statue.
