Yes, I have an LLC property management company that manages my properties and I do have a web site for it with information on the company, as well as, information on all of the properties it manages.

He is very low key and has little foot print n the web  what is there looks good but I am concerned at just how little there is.  

Recently featured in the Canadian Real Estate Wealth Magazine, Windsor is following a very similar path to Hamilton a few years back, very affordable and now on the rise. 

A quick call or web search might find the answer.

Aloha - I'm considering a few projects in Maui and would appreciate the recommendations of any general contractors who can fit the ROI-based business model of investors (i.e. not going for magazine covers).

If explanation is too lenghty, referral to any books or web references would be greatly appreciated.

For networking with wholesalers, my best bet not knowing any better would be finding whomever I can on BP and checking out local meetups, then seeing how many of both of those I can cram into a short trip in Indy.Do you use a web tool for comps, or do you know your target areas well after a few trips?  

Not that it's a reflection on his law practice, but I've seen how if we don't control what the world sees about us on the web, someone else will!
