So i just bought my first property. It's an owner occupied rental. The rental unit is a small apartment above the garage. However I'm having an issue with what addressto use for the rental unit. I'm assuming things such as utilities I will have to cover but how does the tenant get their mail or get cable or order a pizza. If anyone has any advice or knows how properly address the unit that would be great!
