I know some folks have the luxury to just step aside until further notice while others need to remain active...Are you noticing any change in activity thus far?

WE finish paving today so I will have another drone shot showing the paving in action which I think is pretty cool to.We have about 30 folks on our waiting list.. so I suspect we will have 8 to 10 pre sales day one..

I’m hoping to catch a BRRRR or MFR deal in action, but would be happy witnessing anything from wholesaling to fix/flips and etc.

(I’ve literally seen this in action and while it’s not necessarily illegal, it is however, extremely effective.)

I got my AZ license about 18 months ago purely out of curiosity and wanting to learn more (hanging inactive). 

Follow up: Would I need to do this if my license is in inactive status? 

Knob and tube has sometimes been capped off and removed and only the remnants remain and are all inactive, but as a novice, we don't understand and can be convinced we need a full redo.

Equity has future value only, and in it's "dead/inactive" state (buried in the walls...somewhere), it has 1/5 of the value of your cash. 

I would probably not complete them and let the license go inactive. 90 hours is a lot of education to complete in 18 months, especially if you have to cram it in at the 11th hour.
