I recommend immersing yourself in books, podcasts, and deal analysis practice. 

How would you game play this to achieve his goals?

Really if you immerse yourself in all that is available, there is really no excuse if take action.

That's not to say start tossing around a bunch of money for fun, but the more immersed you get the faster you'll learn.

You get to immerse yourself in the top producers business  .. 

I think the best thing you can do is immerse yourself in the podcasts and free materials.

So I am immersed in BP everyday; literally, up to 5th podcast to date and even set my first keyword.  

The total immersion is working.)
