I also listen to the BP podcast for several hours a day while I clean and maintain the gym and bathrooms. 

Great for the gym and the car. 

We had swimming pools and indoor gyms.  

Heck, this might just motivate me to go the gym more often.

.- have a second baby- spend more time practicing and playing piano- play tennis more often- hit the gym again to get my 6 packs back.

I was gonna possibly open up another gym here because I had one back home that I recently closed and sold.

We have a good lead with a gym and other possible leads with insurance, financial consultants and possibly even a dentist.
