my suggestion for Mid west rentals is this.Google the median home price if thats what your looking for a SFR.only visit neighborhoods that are within 5 to 10% of the Median home price NOTHING Lower. 

The house is fully furnised and I used to do airbnb, but that went to zero this year so I am looking for mid term or long tearm tennets which seem to be impossible to find as well.
