Rental markt in las vegas is bad

I am having trouble in the rental market in las vegas. I have two houses and it has been vacant for over 8 months now. Last year I had many renters, this year I have none. The house is fully furnised and I used to do airbnb, but that went to zero this year so I am looking for mid term or long tearm tennets which seem to be impossible to find as well. What is your stratergy on getting tennets. Are you experiancing the same issues.
