I am a CPA myself and my hubby is a contractor, so I am thinking is that necessary for me to be a licenced agent ?

I realize there are legal requirements, nuances and licences that are way beyond my current skill level so my question is:  Are there companies out there I can hire who could legally modify my notes on my LLCs behalf?  

I would not get licence immediately, it is not that cheap to have it.

Does anyone who is a Real Estate agent also hold a Home inspection licence for the same state?

Had a business plan, a few nice used machines, wrote up contracts, opened a business account, figured out permits, business entity, fictitious name filing, etc...

I am thinking about getting my real-estate licence to help me with my investing.

Or, more bluntly, do you want your tenant earning twice as much per month from your property as you, while you shoulder the risk and liability of operating without the necessary licences or insurance and in possible violation of legislation or regulation?

Are you actually marketing and advertising these properties with a fictitious story or are you telling the truth?

And I have to agree with the group if your not licenced or properly trained you can get someone killed also although you technically can do your own e.l. work in mass it's a prosses and an inspector is especially hard on homeowners.

I plan on getting my RE licence in January, so I have been trying to do a little research on brokers where it would work for both of us.
