The bottom line for me is that I drive every day.

I had solid tenants but the numbers for this area just weren't where they needed to be.Now in 2023 I was still searching and calling everyday.

I'm learning everyday.

i get cards, calls and texts every day from wholesalers for my little portfolio - so that shows you how much competition there is out there.it's also tough to do as a beginner in real estate, because the best wholesalers surface strong deals and know how to estimate a rehab.  

He rents from his former neighbor for 500 a month and still works hard everyday but imagine waking up and seeing the house you worked to build for 24 years just being inhabited by a family that isn't yours.
