I think the catalyst and ultimate death spiral for the current model will be the FAA granting nationwide approval of drone deliveries of online orders that get delivered within 1-3 hours of ordering.

My son is in process of patenting another oil free propulsion system for drones and yes we have drones to inspect properties. 

Since you already have a deal I would suggest creating a solid investment summary packet, do a webinar for potential investors (record it in case people can't make it), offer tour dates for investors to come see it if needed, and maybe a feel-good drone video or something. 

I can drive for dollars while working since I'm in sales and I can also do drone photography/ videography with my DJI 4.

@Brian Adams here's several ideas.First the crazy one... work with Amazon to establish a drone delivery site to service all surrounding buildings.
