Does anyone work in or around the Palmdale / lancaster CA markets and what are some of the drawbacks of these 150k  3000/Sq ft.

In my research it has frequently come up as one of the most pronounced drawbacks of PA investing, and even more specifically Philadelphia.

For me, the benefits outweigh the drawbacks so I will continue with the deposits because the tenants I pushed to this option were the ones who kept asking me to come collect the rent in person.  

The drawback is that you might have to wait a period of time(depending when you buy the lien) before the redemption period is over! 

If there are any lawyers on the site from IL that might have insight on this form of LLC I would love hear from you on the benefits or drawbacks of this type of entity.  

The only drawback is you will have annual Realtor association dues to pay but as long as you are active and making commissions off your own deals (and the deals of others like friends/family) you'll easily cover that cost.  

The one primary drawback for me, would be the possibility of public speaking.

The fumes from this stuff are no joke, Just a few minutes of exposure to it will make you feel weird for hours after.It does make a tub look almost like new, but it has drawbacks.  

Is there any drawback to getting pre-qualified through multiple lenders? 

You may already know this, but Canton's biggest assest job-wise is also its biggest draw back for growth - the paper factory.
