To say that you are "disgusted" by their approach is emotional and displays a naïve approach to how business operates.Most would jump at your opportunity and leverage what you have to try and get an even better deal from the bank. 

I would only add that you should always check that the listing is directly listed by a licensed (in your state) broker (license should be displayed on the site) and that it is not a referral service that will gather your property info and resell it to a local Broker in your area.

I can't seem to find any info on other states however, especially since Google insists that every search result displays info for CA.

In the section where it displays Yea1 to Year 30 columnar report the "Annualized Total Return %" keeps on dropping especially after 1st year which is extremely confusing even though the Total Profit Value is increasing.
