There is also a 1x per month count of kitchen items conducted by facilities manager and restock of cutlery, plates, cups etc.

This is why its important to conduct your business correctly and make sure your insurance is in order (along with any vendors who perform services for you) because a good operator does not do things where insurance coverage is denied.

Every system you try will have flaws, or you may salivate over a feature that appears in other software.Some familiar names are mentioned frequently: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend conducting thorough research on each app online to understand their offerings, pricing, etc.
