Should be obvious to everyone by now, it's only regurgitated constantly on every major media medium of the "us vs them" messaging, poor vs rich, that if your not rich your poor and it's NEVER your fault it's "there" fault.     

My first station was in Kings Bay Georgia, where I picked up the book Rich Dad, poor Dad, which kick started my real estate career.

Seems to this old dog that we may never return to the ROIs (10-20+%) of 25-30 years ago for several reasons:1)There’s been and continues to be too much hype/content about real estate as an investment and much of it started when Rich Dad came out.

You may be looking at single-family homes and miss out on a multi-unit property that does not cost anymore investment cash than the single-family and you will miss out on a gold mine that can make youfilthy rich.99% of all investors, including the gurus, do not know how to analyze investment properties the right way.

Make sure your mindset is ready, think and grow rich is a great book.

A flashy rich kid pretending to be a real estate investor, without really being part of the real estate investment inner circle like the Rudin's and Tisch's.

I've recently read "Think and Grow Rich", "The Millionaire Next Door", "Multi-Family Millions", along with several Grant Cardone books.
