Urban living can afford the same outdoor experiences as suburban or rural (just come to Denver and hang out at one of our many parks on a weekend for beautiful trees, open fields, and PLENTY of space to set up and hang out however you want - and you don't have to take care of a massive yard to get all that enjoyment!

If you're short on cash, your marketing my be walking neighborhoods and putting out door hangers, postcards, or handwritten letters. 

Outdoor pools here in the Midwest are a reason to drive down the price.

Outdoor cultivation on the property requires prior written consent.

As others have said, you can have one outdoor unit to 2 or 3 indoor units. 

We provide an outdoor garbage can because we don't want garbage all over the property and our thought is that providing one will help encourage them to keep the exterior of the home clean (as well as listing it in the lease that no garbage is to be left strewn about the property.)
