Thoughts on keeping pool

so I just bought a turnkey at a great deal. The yard has a fence and the deck to the pool has a fence.  Should I keep or close the pool permanently. I worry about upkeep and liability but could potentially bring in more rent

yes the drowning is my biggest concern. I could maintain it as the invest property is in a B neighborhood and 8 streets from my primary.  I was thinking of the filling to
