I am actively looking to remodel or build a 8 to 10 RAL in the Houston area.

I’m looking to raise $160,000 to cover the purchase, renovation, and activation of this new Airbnb property.

I am in a pickle right now because my mom is turning 80 and not very active.

Note that active income isn't the same thing as non-passive income, it's lower bar that just requires that it's a business activity that isn't just entirely passive. 

The marketing copy and photo captions, professional photos, and weekly activity on the OTA listing, makes a big difference in bookings.
