not sure if that area's economy has improved but I was looking at stuff pre GFC there and it was pretty depressed. although Its one of my favorite airports to fly into.. especially landing from the west and coming in over the ocean and Bay its a really cool approach and the 100.00 hamburger joint on the field was good. although i think it may have closed.To me its one of those markets you have to be super careful in.  

In Denver, the biggest employers are the airport, hospitals, universities, and financial institutions.

These are not allowed due to the zoning and since the property is in proximity to the airport which places density requirements on the parcel.My plan is to move into the house and fix the other building up into office space to rent out. 

It has an airport and is centrally located between Cleveland and Buffalo.

I've worked on a variety of projects from small TI's, to airports, prisons, office buildings etc.

Snohomish County is a great area to invest, and the airport at Paine Field will be a major factor.

And it's not in the city proper, it's near the Eastern waterfront with access to private airports, marinas, and a golf course.

I'm here sitting in the Indianapolis airport waiting for my delayed flight home to SF...after spending Labor Day Weekend...working...on my next real estate opportunities.It takes real time, effort, sacrifice, and money to be successful in real estate.

That, or I'd head out to the major airports like MCO.
