How is 73139 zip (Southwestern) in Oklahoma city

Hello Fellow Members,

Trying to understand Oklahoma city neighborhoods, market and possibility to invest there. How is Southwestern (zip 73139, right below SW 59th St) neighborhood for multiplex rental investment? How are crime rates, ease of finding tenants? Any experience in that area, much appreciated. Thanks.

east of occc is pretty good. overall newer inventory (60's and newer as opposed to 20's downtown) and fairly well built homes. not sure on crime rate there as i stay out of that but we have not had any theft at properties we manage around there but i am sure something does happen down there from time to time as it will in all neighborhoods.

i own and manage properties in that area, overall i find it a good area and rents easy.
