Hi, BiggerPockets community,My wife and I have been trying to close on a property for quite some time in the New York area and have not had any success, so I'd love to connect with anyone and everyone in the area or surrounding markets that we can learn from to make that happen!

Tahoe isn't ideal right now as the local community is vehemently anti-Airbnb and the permitting system is challenging to navigate.

Based on this article (https://www.thebaltimorebanner.com/community/housing/baltimo...) it looks like that out of 41,000 tax lien sales, 1,750 were foreclosed on.
