Hey there!! I will be fully moved to Denver over the next couple of weeks. I am looking to make a couple connections now during the moving process. I won't give my full bio here but I am happy to dive into details upon introduction. I am moving from Kansas City Missouri. I've been in the investment space almost 9 years now, and been actively investing in flips myself, the last year. Looking to do my first house hack, along with getting into more buy and holds. I love creative financing, who doesn't? I'm joining the pace Morby community so any sub to fans let me know! I am also versed in Novations, and owner financing. I love money partners, I do 70/30 -50/50 splits. Depending on how hands on I am. I love what I do and I love making new meaningful connections! My 3 year goal from 2024 is to be a millionaire by 2027 I will accomplish this and only looking to connect with those who just as serious as I am!
