Todd, up here on the West Side I've followed the local Beaverton/Hillsboro/Silicon Forrest market for about 10 years and have come to the conclusion that jobs are the bigger factor than interest rates, 401K value direction, gold prices, etc.Almost every new construction development has always advertised INTEL & NIKE EMPLOYEES WELCOME offering discounts.

If you do not have that, then networking at a local REIA meeting with the right people and to steal a line from Nike--"Just do It" is a cheap way to get started.

he lends his name and gets a royalty.. just like those that wear Nikes or any other celebs that hawk items.. its no different in the real estate training business.. get a nationally known NAME and put them as the face of the company .. i assure you they bring only their name to these deals..
