Why do you think purchase contracts are so long and have such small print?

@Mary Munoz , in addition to handing out an application to anyone who wants one, consider printing - and framing so they don't walk away with someone - a list of qualifications. 

I'd print the page out and start identifying the people who serve these roles to help you build your business.

The HOA may have some fine print about rentals less than 30 days. 

I am very familiar with the small print and the covenants Don is talking about and he is absolutely correct..

We also just print our 3 pg lease. 

Someone that gets it blasted across all the rental sites, knows how much rent to charge, gets professional pictures, placed, posts good print copy, and answers the phone/emails when they come in.

There's this term in book writing which goes along the lines: "the first one is for the trash," I mean since you're writing words which are being printed, and therefore irreversible, I think that there should be perfection in terms of grammar, spelling, etc.
