For example, I believe that passing on the cost of a forced insurance carrier change due to breed restrictions from the initial carrier can be passed on to the ESA tenant because the laws already allow passing on reasonable costs to accommodate handicap conditions (such as the costs to put in wheel chair ramps).

That is difficult for me to answer because I have read about 160 books in the last 6 years because of my handicapped medical condition and I cannot walk, drive, or work outside of my home which luckily has a paid-off mortgage after about 11 years I did back in 1996.It probably depends on the niche(s) you pick.

Started out OK (1st month) but then he had his handicapped wife show up (in tears) to pick up his slack.Then as we wrapped it up he wanted 50% plus $12k (for all the 'work' he & his wife did) to walk away & sign it over to us.
