Credit cards, student loans, plain ole vanilla mortgages, etc. because they have somehow managed to mess all of these up at one time or another.

What we had to do was to look for deals that were not your plain jane deals. 110 units has a HOA component of 38 condos, big institutions don't like and Agency debt is not an option.

Cash flow just plain sucks.   

I have went down to the courthouse in White Plains and they weren't of any help.

Buyer will be less qualified for the same amount of loan; in plain English, buyers cannot afford the price of the property that he or she is looking at to buy at the higher rate….An educated buyer agent should search more (work harder) to find a similar property for his buyer, it is not a bad idea to search for motivated sellers or short sales.

I kindly request you to please clarify this definition in simple terms.I don't know how else to explain it, it is there in plain English...and the thread is 2 years old.... 

I would love to make it to the day where I can step away from the physical end of my current business and plain and simple, spend time with my family with the ability to go where, when ever feel like it.
