If we have extracted all of our investment money (we have only succeeded in extracting all of our investment when it got an assist due to market appreciation) then our return from that point on is infinite.

Fulton County is actually ready to go, but with all of the craziness happening with the pneumonic plague, I'm not sure if I should finish up the data extraction for Macon/Bibb.It seems to me like now would be a great time to be marketing... but I'm a coder... not an Investor so, what do I know....Anyway, If anyone is looking to pick up deals in Fulton, or is being proactive and wanting to run a super discounted blast text marketing campaign to a couple thousand out of state owners,  pre-delinquents tax properties, or any of the above mentioned lead types in Fulton, let me know.

Maybe you go to base rent reduction but then add kicker for sales above X annually landlord gets bonus when business starts thriving again.There are lot  of options to extract value out of a STNL or MTNL tenant especially if the location is an A there should be many tenants wanting that space at market rent rates when things come back.
