Real estate loans on trust property need advice on subject to kno

My sister and I own home in trust left by dad I live in property and have for over 20 years I own 1/3 sister owns 2/3 I was approved for a home equity loan the underwriter wants to see a copy of the trust . Why and can I send only part of it since there are other personal names and information not pertaing to the home.
